3. License Renewal

To continue receiving technical support and important version updates, you must renew your Eventful Pro license once it expires.

Why Renewal Matters #

An active license ensures:

• Access to the latest plugin updates (new features, improvements, and security patches).
• Ongoing technical support from the ThemeAtelier team.

Without renewal, you can continue using the plugin, but you will not receive updates or support.

Renewing an Expired License #

1. Log in to your ThemeAtelier account.
   Go to ThemeAtelier Login and sign in with the email used during your purchase.
2. Locate your subscription.
   Navigate to Dashboard → My Subscriptions.
   • If your license has expired, you will see a Status: Expired message.
3. Click the Renew button.
   This will redirect you to the checkout page.
4. Apply your existing license key.
   • On the checkout page, you’ll see a message: “Renew an existing license?”
   • Enter your license key in the field provided.
   • Click Apply Renewal.
5. Complete the payment.
   Choose your preferred payment method and finish the renewal process.

✅ Once completed, your license will be marked Active again in your ThemeAtelier account, and your plugin will resume receiving updates and support.
