Managing Your License"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"efe-doc-summary wp-block-paragraph\">How many sites your license covers, and how to move, renew or upgrade it.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"applicable\">Which sites count toward the limit<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your plan sets how many live sites you can activate: 1 site on Single Site, up to 5 on Five Sites, and no limit on Unlimited Sites. All plans include every Pro feature. A site stops counting when you deactivate the key on it.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Local, staging and development sites do not count.<\/strong> You can use the plugin there before you activate it on your live site. This covers addresses such as <code>localhost<\/code>, private IP ranges (<code>10.x<\/code>, <code>172.16.x<\/code> to <code>172.31.x<\/code>, <code>192.168.x<\/code>), <code>*.dev<\/code>, <code>*.test<\/code> and <code>staging.*<\/code>.<\/li><li><strong>Multisite:<\/strong> a Single Site license covers the main site and its sub-sites in the same WordPress installation.<\/li><li><strong>Separate installations:<\/strong> a subdomain with its own WordPress installation, such as shop.example.com, needs its own site on your license. One Single Site license cannot be used on several separate installations, even on the same domain.<\/li><li><strong>More sites:<\/strong> to use the plugin on another live site, upgrade your license or buy another plan.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Move a license to another site<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list efe-doc-steps\"><li>On the old site, go to <strong>Eventful For Elementor &gt; License<\/strong> and click <strong>Deactivate<\/strong>.<\/li><li>On the new site, install Eventful Pro, go to the same page, paste the key and click <strong>Activate<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"renewal\">Renew a yearly plan<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A yearly plan includes 1 year of updates and support. Lifetime plans never need renewing. If a yearly license expires, the plugin keeps working, but you no longer get updates (including security fixes) or support.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list efe-doc-steps\"><li>Log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/themeatelier.net\/login\/?utm_source=efesite&#038;utm_medium=docs&#038;utm_campaign=halloween26\" rel=\"noopener\">ThemeAtelier account<\/a> and go to <strong>Dashboard &gt; My Subscriptions<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Find the license with the status <strong>Expired<\/strong> and click <strong>Renew<\/strong>.<\/li><li>At checkout, enter your license key under <strong>Renew an existing license?<\/strong>, apply it and complete the payment.<\/li><li>The license shows <strong>Active<\/strong> again, and updates and support start again.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also click <strong>Renew license key at discount<\/strong> on the plugin&#8217;s License page when the key has expired. It opens checkout with your key filled in.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"upgrade\">Upgrade to more sites<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can move to a plan with more sites at any time. You only pay the difference in price.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list efe-doc-steps\"><li>Log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/themeatelier.net\/login\/?utm_source=efesite&#038;utm_medium=docs&#038;utm_campaign=halloween26\" rel=\"noopener\">ThemeAtelier account<\/a> with the email you used to buy.<\/li><li>Go to <strong>My Account &gt; Dashboard<\/strong> and open the <strong>License Keys<\/strong> tab.<\/li><li>Find your active license and click <strong>View Upgrades<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Choose the plan you want and click <strong>Upgrade License<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Complete checkout. The price difference is applied for you.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the upgrade is done, you can activate the license on the new number of sites straight away.
