What to include<\/h2>\n\n
  1. Go to Tools > Site Health > Info<\/strong> and click Copy site info to clipboard<\/strong>. Paste it into your ticket. It lists your WordPress, PHP, Elementor, The Events Calendar and Eventful versions.\n

  2. Add the address of the page with the problem.<\/li>
  3. Name the widget (for example Eventful Carousel) and describe what you expected and what happens instead.<\/li>
  4. Add a screenshot or a short screen recording if it helps.<\/li>
  5. If you can, tell us whether the problem stays when you switch to a default theme and turn off other plugins except Elementor and The Events Calendar.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n
