The Load More button is free. AJAX number pagination, infinite scroll and normal page links are in Pro. See Free vs Pro.

Yes. Each widget has a separate Pagination Type setting for mobile, for example numbers on desktop and Load More on phones.

Grid, List, Masonry, Minimal List, Timeline, Table and Accordion. Carousel and Slider use their own dots or number pagination instead.
