A continuously scrolling strip of events, like a news ticker. The ticker is a mode of the Eventful Carousel widget: set Carousel Mode to Ticker, then choose the speed, card width and direction. Every ticker below is the live widget.

What you can customise
Everything below is a control in the Elementor panel. No code needed.
- Ticker is a Carousel Mode of the Eventful Carousel widget (Pro)
- Ticker speed and card (column) width
- Right-to-left or left-to-right direction
- Pause on hover
- Show or hide the image, meta, excerpt and Read More
- Pick the events: latest, featured, upcoming, specific events or a date range
- Card colours, typography, borders and spacing in the Style tab
Is the events ticker a separate widget?
No. It is a mode of the Eventful Carousel widget. Add Eventful Carousel and set Carousel Mode to Ticker. The Ticker mode is part of Pro.
Can the ticker scroll right to left?
Yes. Set Carousel Direction to Right To Left. You can also pause the ticker while a visitor hovers over it.
Can I show a text-only events ticker?
Yes. Turn off the image and Read More in Content Fields to get a slim strip with the event title, date and venue.
