After you buy a plan, download the Eventful Pro for Elementor zip file from your ThemeAtelier account.
- Log in to your ThemeAtelier account with the email address you used at checkout.
- Find Eventful Pro for Elementor in your purchases.
- Click the download link. Your browser saves a zip file, for example
eventful-pro-for-elementor.zip. - Keep the zip file as it is. Do not unzip it: WordPress installs the zip directly.
You also need your license key from the same account after installing. See Activating Your License Key.
Can't find your purchase? #
Check that you are logged in with the email address you used to pay. If the purchase still does not show, open a support ticket with your order email.
