What to include #
- Go to Tools > Site Health > Info and click Copy site info to clipboard. Paste it into your ticket. It lists your WordPress, PHP, Elementor, The Events Calendar and Eventful versions.
Tools > Site Health > Info. - Add the address of the page with the problem.
- Name the widget (for example Eventful Carousel) and describe what you expected and what happens instead.
- Add a screenshot or a short screen recording if it helps.
- If you can, tell us whether the problem stays when you switch to a default theme and turn off other plugins except Elementor and The Events Calendar.
